An Online Platformer Shooter

Detritus is a 2D platformer shooter game with a range of different game modes for both offline, online, and local multiplayer. Launch a game server with up to 8 other players and set your weaponry, map, and game mode preferences to unleash maximum chaos, as you battle to defeat your opponents in becoming the last one standing, in this unpredictable shooter.

Multiple Game Modes

Featuring Deathmatches, Team Deathmatches, Flag Rally, and Turn Based modes.

Turn Based was inspired by the original Worms, and enables you to command 4 of your characters in a battle to be the last one standing against your enemies. You can play this in Single Player, Multiplayer, Online with 3 other teams. In Flag Rally, players compete to earn the most points from capturing flags. The hardest part is getting back to the checkpoint unscathed.

Dozens of Weapons

From handguns such as Pistols, Desert eagles, UZI's and MP5's, there's also the more lethal range such as Dynamite, Pipe bombs, Proximity Mines, Miniguns, Flame Throwers and more. Players can equip two handheld weapons at once for maximum firepower.

Customization Options

Players can customise their character while in the Lobby. You can change your shirt, facial appearance, put your favourite shades on and top it off with a fancy hat. Certain clothing can be unlocked with the corresponding achievements, so other players know you're not messing about. You can also set your Winning Gesture animation - each time you win a game, your character will be presented to the screen before proceeding to the next game.

Detritus can be played with a mouse & keyboard, but it can also be played with a controller!
